Kramer KronoMeet: cloud-based room programming solution

Available now on the market, this system offers an advanced and intuitive design for the management of meeting rooms and integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange.

To offer a complete and fast programming and room reservation, KronoMeet integrates with Kramer touch panels; specifically with the KT-1010SC models (of 10 Inch) and KT-107SC (of 7 Inch), to book directly from these systems, located outside the room or remotely.

All communication between these touchpads and KronoMeet's cloud management is encrypted via TLS 1.2. This solution is fully customizable and scalable, plus using a single Ethernet cable for connectivity and power.

This solution integrates seamlessly with the VIA wired and wireless connectivity system (more data in Digital AV) to deliver informational messages on the screen inside the meeting rooms, informing attendees of when it will end and the time remaining for the next meeting to start.
