Absen brings a large KL screen to the leading Chinese manufacturer of construction machinery

With dimensions of 232 m2, this indoor Led screen presides over one of the facilities of Grupo Sany, which is used to streamline workflow and decision-making in the production of industrial machinery.

As part of your strategy Made in China 2025 to boost the manufacturing sector, Sany Group has opted for a large led screen interior of the national company Absen, that you have installed in factory No. 18, in Changsha.

In this sense and in collaboration with its partners ZTE and Huawei, Sany Group, whose main company is the largest manufacturer of construction machinery in China and the fifth in the world and of concrete machinery, has jointly developed 5G smart manufacturing applications that show the revolutionary impacts of this network on industrial production.

Capable of supporting 5G, absen led screen, of 232 square meters, shows two video streams of high-definition surveillance data, which are then transmitted and distributed to a facility monitoring center using Multi-Access Edge Computing (Mec) through this fast network.

5G data creates high-level requirements for the display terminal and the KL series is able to meet them all. The LED display 2,5 mm pixel pitch is capable of displaying a series of real-time operating images in high definition, helping operators monitor critical factory activity, including components transported through suspension systems, and the robotic arms that handle the materials of the products.

Absen's KL series supports and takes advantage of all the improvements and quality guarantees offered by 5G data coverage. This Len screen, with pixel pitch of 2,5 Mm, emits images of the highest quality in real time, helping all factory workers to monitor work activity, the state of the machines, logistics, Etc.

Maintaining security and facilitating screen maintenance have also been essential factors for your choice, since it has been installed on a steel structure 5 meters from the ground. That's why, the thickness of 70 mm and the weight of 7,8 Kg per panel, made the KL model the most suitable choice. To make maintenance even easier, the design has a power supply, Cables, receiving cards and a number of other items, integrated on both sides of the screen.

A few years ago, Absen collaborated with the Sany Group with the installation of two Led screens (Models A2712 and CR1.2) of 1,2 mm pixels and dimensions of 30,12 and 7,53 m2, respectively, that were installed in the conference room and at the reception of Sany Heavy Industry.
