Ricoh acquires DataVision to be a benchmark in AV integration and collaboration in Europe
This operation reinforces the company's strategy of being a benchmark in digital services, offering its European customers a wider range of collaboration technologies, Meeting Rooms & Workplaces.
The acquisition of the German AV integrator DataVision by Ricoh Europe It places the latter as a benchmark in audiovisual integration and collaboration services in meeting rooms and workspaces.
Founded in 1995 and headquartered in the German city of Düsseldorf, DataVision has more than a hundred employees, which are distributed in ten sales and service offices in this country, to deliver technology solutions for meeting rooms and workplaces, including UCC, AV & Management Systems.

Among them, DataVision's position in the market, its extensive skills and experience, and the synergies we share with them in terms of customer bases, culture and strategy".

DataVision has a 1.300 clients, including fifteen of the DAX companies 30 in Germany, and has been chosen by Microsoft as the global partner of 2020 and premium in Germany for Teams Rooms.
This acquisition will enable Ricoh's customers in Europe to access DataVision's experience and expertise in UC solutions, AV & Workplace Management, as well as a diverse product portfolio, software and service offerings.
With this vision, DataVision Customers, which will continue to operate independently and under its current name, will in turn benefit from Ricoh's global presence, its financial strength and integrated service delivery infrastructure.
In addition, Ricoh's range of communication services products and solutions, that extends to other business areas, as document management systems, Print & IT Services Solution, among others.
