Roomdimensions provides the infrastructure for the control room of the DGT of Zaragoza

In total, six operating stations and the same number of audiovisual totems have been installed, equipped with Samsung ME55C monitors 55 Inch, four administrative stations, a supervisory position, a crisis room with a meeting console for 12 users and archive modules.

Roomdimensions (RDI) has equipped the new control center of the DGT located in Zaragoza. The traffic management of this area is operational 24 hours of the day, the 365 days of the year and has the most modern technologies in terms of supervision and control to manage more than 1600 meters of road network.

The project is based on the organization of all jobs in the main control room and the crisis room, with solutions designed and developed specifically for this operating environment. In addition, audiovisual totems have been implemented for each of the operators.

The room has a complete range of kompas console technical furniture for workstations, which has allowed an optimal distribution of space and a perfect creation of the workplace for each of the operators.

Each workstation has been equipped with a cable management system, equipment connectivity and personal use elements, file items, ergonomic CXO seats, articulated supports for the management of the screens and cabinet to house the computer equipment.

The Kompas console is a control console concept that aims to bring a high degree of technology to operating environments 24×7 by using simple and visually lightweight work systems and focusing efforts on providing maximum added value to the user.

It has a large electronic module to house computer equipment as well as electrical outlets and a patchpanel with 8 RJ45 plugs. The functional arch allows optimal management and handling of the wiring.

Each operator has an AV totem that houses a monitor Samsung ME55C 55 Inch. This is equipped with a strip of 9 pins and a connection panel with 8 RJ45 data sockets where the equipment in the compartment and the totem monitor itself are connected. The metal structure is prepared for the laying of cables so that the wiring is not visible from the outside in any case.

The compartments of 19 inches are fully interconnected, allowing wiring to pass freely from one to the other. The entry of cables from the technical floor moves along the sides and reaches the trays that support the computer equipment.

The main feature of this meeting table is the functional arch, that allows the total management of the wiring as well as the support of the board.

You have two connection units located in the workspace, accessible to all users. It can be customized both in the finishes and in the application of the corporate image of the control center.
