Wildbytes creates a multisensory VR experience to introduce the state-of-the-art Botanic building

Wildbytes has designed an immersive virtual reality experience that allows you to immerse yourself in an environment without the need to resort to glasses or helmets. And the first project he has carried out using its development has been to Árima Real Estate Socimi, on the occasion of the launch of its real estate initiative, Botanic.

This will be one of the most avant-garde office spaces in Europe. Its inauguration is expected in 2021 and has 9.902 square meters of gross leasable area, distributed in 9 plants, 212 parking spaces and more than a thousand additional square meters of terraces. One of its biggest attractions is a spectacular botanical garden of more than 2.500 square meters that will include species from all over the world.

The project of which Wildbytes has been part is a showroom that aims to commercialize the innovative and avant-garde real estate assets of the Socimi. In this first experience, the representatives of Árima can transport the visitor to the spaces of Botanic without leaving a room and without having to resort to glasses or helmets that isolate the interlocutor and hinder dialogue and personal connection.
