The Natural History Museum of Nantes opens its season with an immersive video projection
For this AV reproduction of the Neardental period, Domovisual has used Vioso's server and software, responsible for managing four Canon short lens projectors.
After the months it has been closed due to the pandemic, the Natural History Museum of Nantes (Museum d'Histoire Naturelle), located in this French city, has opened its new season with a spectacular update of the Neanderthal video projection.
To make this audiovisual installation, that reproduces in front of the screen and in an immersive way the life and wild animals of that time, the museum's managers have selected the French specialist in AV integration in large installations Domovisual.
In order to create the most accurate video projection possible of this period in the room and to generate an immersive effect on visitors, a projection screen has been installed 17 meters in the shape of j and the manufacturer's technology Vioso.
Four short-lens projectors canon Xeed display realistic images and create the immersive effect on seamless screen, that are managed with the Anystation Nano server and the powerful Vioso Player software solution.
