The new headquarters of this organization has been designed with a modern architectural touch and advanced AV capabilities, including Crestron Flex systems, TouchPanel and room programmers, Microsoft Teams solutions, motorized microphones, and 4K flat screens 98 inches of NEC Display.

Helios Education Foundation is an organization dedicated to helping people achieve success in higher education. With the help of a team, composed of 35 personas, has built a new headquarters 9.144 square meters in the city of Fenix (Arizona).

To promote its growth and expansion, has designed an architecturally sophisticated building that reflects the values ​​of education, team-oriented learning and culture. In addition, They wanted this new headquarters to incorporate a cultural aesthetic created by local Arizona artists.

Helios wanted experienced partners in the audiovisual world, that closely aligned with your values ​​and goals. They hired The Sextant Group (Nv5), a renowned AV consulting firm, which worked to inspire modern architectural designs along with cutting-edge integrated technologies. This worked on two fronts: Utilize innovative technological solutions and establish an architectural design that was unique and culturally relevant.

In this way, they hired the company Spinitar to make technological design a reality. The project emphasizes the latest forms of audiovisual technology while establishing a physical presence of artistic vivacity.

Nv5, Spinitar and Helios Education Foundation have built a new headquarters that is artistically sophisticated and technologically savvy. New space encourages collaboration, while giving voice to education as a priority, using technology as the backbone of shared experiences.

Collaborative environment

With the aid of Crestron y RP Visuals, Spinitar was able to create an educational environment that embraced the local desert culture and architectural design.

Using advanced AV solutions and an aesthetic that reflects local culture, Spinitar implemented several technologies in the building, which include: Flex UC interactive audio and video conferencing systems, TouchPanel controls and 14 Crestron room programmers. The latter are mounted on the wall and allow display and control, in real time, room and meeting schedules.

Conference systems have also been installed Microsoft Teams, 4K flat screens 98 inches of NEC Display that are mounted on the wall, and built-in concealable motorized microphones.

These technologies have been implemented in the board room, the executive conference, in two other conference rooms (one large and one smaller), in the five offices, in the convention area, the interactive presentation space and six member suites.

The convention area features a combination of conference and training spaces with vertical folding partitions powered by Crestron control solution.

Each space uses Pan Tilt Zoom cameras, controlled from production control rooms; networked Dante audio systems, Integrated with central distribution capabilities; ceiling speakers, multi-channel digital wireless microphone systems and three laser projectors with motorized lifts. In the space dedicated to making interactive presentations, a total of seven screens have been installed. 85 inches, arranged in an arch in front of the participants, and mounted with supports designed by RP Visuals. It also has a series of speakers with custom video servers from 7 canales. The Crestron 32 Matrix×32 Switches between two video servers 7 canales, allowing the control room to prepare content on one server while the other is presented on screen.

Besides, Spinitar worked in collaboration with RP Visual Solutions (RPV) to create 7Wx1H multi-screen array mounting structure solution for Helios Decision Theater project. Designed and manufactured a custom curved array flip-up mounting system to pair with NEC flat panels from 98 inches.

Curved steel frame fixed to the floor provides stability and precision alignment in the immersion system, while allowing easy access and service for panels.
