Using advanced AV solutions and an aesthetic that captures the local culture, Spinitar implemented several technologies in the building, which include: Flex UC Interactive Audio and Video Conferencing Systems, TouchPanel controls and 14 Crestron Room Programmers. The latter are wall-mounted and allow you to display and control, in real time, Room and meeting times.
Conference-based systems have also been installed. Microsoft Teams, 4K flat panel displays 98 inches of NEC Display that are mounted on the wall, and built-in motorized microphones with concealment capability.
These technologies have been implemented in the council chamber, Executive Conferences, in two other conference rooms (one large and one smaller), in all five offices, in the convention area, the interactive presentation space and six member suites.
The latter have wall-mounted presentation screens and tabletop HDMI connectivity for presentations and conferences.
The convention area features a mix of conference and training spaces with vertical folding partitions powered by the Crestron control solution.
Each space uses Pan Tilt Zoom cameras, Controlled from production control rooms; networked Dante audio systems, Integrated with Central Distribution Capabilities; ceiling speakers, Multi-channel digital wireless microphone systems and three laser projectors with motorized lifts. In addition, In the control room, there are transmission encoders that allow content to be sent to other rooms in the building.
A total of seven interactive screens have been installed in the space dedicated to interactive presentations. 85 Inch, arranged in an arch in front of the participants, and mounted with brackets designed by RP Visuals. It also features a series of speakers with custom video servers 7 canals. The Crestron 32 Matrix×32 Switches between two video servers 7 canals, allowing the control room to prepare content on one server while the other is presented on the screen.
On the other hand, Spinitar worked in collaboration with RP Visual Solutions (RPV) to create the 7Wx1H Multi-Screen Array Mounting Structure Solution for the Helios Decision Theater Project. Designed and manufactured a custom curved array casement mounting system to match NEC's flat panels. 98 Inch.
Curved steel structure fixed to the floor provides stability and precision alignment in the immersion system, while allowing easy access and service for the panels.
