Chinese 'Ball people' choose Powersoft for its immersive attraction

Located in the village of Lingbao, this park has a new attraction in which a total of 160 Speakers, with 136 Hi-Z systems and 24 Lo-Z. To drive this forward, three Duecanali have been used 1604 DSP+D, four 804 DSP+D, six Mezzo 602AD, two Quattrocanali 1204 DSP+D and five X4 DSP+DSPs.

The complex of the 'Village of the hadas of Ge', located in Shangrao (Jiangxi – China) it has become a famous tourist spot that stands out for its religious culture and its natural landscape. To increase its appeal, administrators have undertaken the construction of a new attraction, known as the Country of the Lingbao's All-Outs (Lingbao Fairyland).

To ensure that the audio infrastructure was up to par with the attraction itself, the Chinese company EZPro was contracted to design and install a sound system powered by 20 fixed installation amplifiers Powersoft.

In this way, a total of 160 loudspeakers throughout the territory of the Country of Lingbao's free-to-back, composed of 136 Hi-Z systems and 24 Lo-Z. To drive this forward, EZPro has used three Duecanali 1604 DSP+D, four Duecanali 804 DSP+D, six Mezzo 602AD, two Quattrocanali 1204 DSP+D and five X4 DSP+DSPs. All enabled by Dante.

“The original goal was to create a stable system with flexible signal connections, that was able to simplify the signal processing procedure”, explains Weisong Wu, EZPro System Designer. “We take Powersoft amplifiers for their features and price. The entire system is tuned and controlled by ArmoníaPlus. With HealthPlus' built-in capability, it is very easy to check the status of all audio settings, including the impedance of the speakers in case of malfunction".

Wu points out the 'night tour' section’ of attraction as an area where the audio system is particularly important.

The tour takes visitors through the Chinese folk tale of Ge Xuan in Taoism, immersing them in a Taoist hae country embodied by sound, light and physical structures.

This section includes 19 observation points scattered throughout the city, and one of the most visited is an open grassland. Two Powersoft Mezzo amplifiers 602 AD have been selected to feed the 36 speakers installed in this area. They drive 18 apiece, nine per channel, operating with a constant voltage of 100V to distribute 20W per speaker.

Wu comments on how dante's available version of mezzo amplifiers makes the sound system more reliable with faster transmission speed.
