Daktronics' most advanced HDR-enabled Led technology for Kansas City Royals

When baseball returns to the Kauffman Stadium in 2021, the main video screen will have HDR capability and an increase in 138% in the number of pixels to deliver higher resolution and quality images to Kansas City Royals fans.
Daktronics will supply a new screen for the Hall of Fame and two barrier screens in backgrounds to be installed early next year., configuring a total surface with Led of high dynamic range (Hdr) of 987 square meters, becoming the third major facility in American baseball.

The New HDR Led Display of the Hall of Fame will measure 6 meters high and 33 meters in length, surpassing the 200 square meters of surface for digital exhibition. By way of comparison, would be necessary 206 monitors 60 inches to cover the entire surface of this screen.

The new Led screen of the CrownVision fits in the same dimensions as the previous one, but the updated technology brings more than 3,5 millions of pixels. It will remain the eighth video screen by size of all baseball, and the fourth professional baseball team that has HDR capability in its Led video markers.
Side background screens will incorporate more than 700.000 pixels and the new Hall of Fame screen will bring almost 900.000 Pixels. All will have a resolution of 15 millimeters of pixels using Surface-Mount Device technology (Smd).
The main screen retains its dimensions of 32 meters high by 26 base meters, while the two of the side bottoms will measure 2 meters high by 39 meters in length each. The new facility will feature improved resolution for optimal image quality and higher brightness for video sharing, statistics, graphics and sponsorships.
