VuWall integrates NDI technology into the new VuStream 150 to improve visualization

This encoder/decoder facilitates software-managed IP workflows with NDI on screens and videowall with high-performance, low-latency video.

The manufacturer of audiovisual control systems VuWall has developed VuStream 150, an IP workflow encoder/decoder device that is managed by software through protocol integration NDI on the device.

VuStream 150 supports NDI-enabled applications and devices (brand of Vizrt Group) using standard Ethernet local area networks, allowing data sources to be shared, audio and video bidirectionally over a network.

In addition, NDI eliminates the need for expensive direct connections, cable laying and infrastructure upgrades, while making any source available to any destination on the network.

In this sense, control and crisis rooms, meeting and collaboration spaces, digital signage in facilities, the large classrooms and auditoriums, among others, are some of the VuStream application environments 150.

VuStream 150 is the first in the VuWall product ecosystem to support the NDI protocol | High-performance HX. This device can be used as an encoder or decoder and can transmit HDMI signals 2.0, with a resolution of up to 3,840×2,160 to 60 Hz over standard networks.

In addition to its compatibility with NDI, VuStream 150 also supports H.264 and H.265 transmissions. Thanks to its NDI implementation | HX, this device offers low bandwidth consumption, providing customers with a cost-effective, high-quality video over IP solution.
