Matrox VideoLab: innovation lab to connect with customers
The remote innovation lab Matrox VideoLab has been designed to showcase its portfolio of encoders, Decoders, KVM IP, videowall and software.
VideoLab is an innovation lab that offers partners and customers live interactive multichannel capture demonstrations, codification, transmission, recording, enlargement, commutation, decoding, visualization and control over standard networks of a Gigabit Ethernet (Gbe) for a wide variety of AV-over-IP workflows.
Matrox reaches out to its customers through 'personalized showcases' of demonstrations of one or more products and collaboration infrastructures based on open standards that integrate the company's technologies together with third-party products.
Each showcase reproduces live AV-over-IP ecosystems, capable of delivering multiple channels of high-quality 4K and HD content, low latency and bitrate over LAN, WAN and Internet.
Response to the absence of fairs
As Matrox points out, VideoLab demos serve to demonstrate how its product portfolio fits a wide variety of industries: Government, Medical, utilities, safety, crisis and emergency management, business or commercial.
Jochen Köhl, Director of Sales and Marketing at Matrox Video Germany, gives one more key, and is that Videolab has been designed "as a response to the absence of in-person meetings and fair events. Provides a virtual platform to bring the latest Matrox innovations and feature sets directly to our customers. Help bridge the gap by allowing us to deliver highly personalized demos, adapting to the exact requirements of the clients' project. Two-way communication also allows participants to interact with technology or the ecosystem in real time to make the remote customer journey experience as seamless as possible.".
