PSNI Global Alliance Presents AV Global Services Certification

The global network of technology and audiovisual services integrators PSNI Global Alliance has presented the new Global Services Certification, establishing standardized support mechanisms around the world.

Following a recent global survey of certified solution providers (csp) and following the success of its Global Deployment Certification, PSNI Global Alliance has gone a step further to establish standardized and common mechanisms for its entire network with the Global Services Certification.

One of the advantages of this certification is that it establishes a baseline of AV support and key principles for service collaboration among PSNI certified solution providers, intended for the functions and positions of an organization that they manage, offer or provide after-sales support services.

About the benefits of the new certification Chris Miller, executive director of PSNI, explains that “we want our CSPs, partners and end users know they are receiving the highest level of service, wherever they are globally”.
