Christie has presented the projector 1DLP laser ultra short shot, an ideal solution for classrooms, conference rooms, Museums, stores and other small and medium-sized apps
The projector DWU500S represents the third generation of the Captiva series and arrives with a large number of improvements over its predecessors, such as increasing the maximum screen size, an increase in brightness and an updated WUXGA resolution that translates into greater sharpness. The new model maintains the price of the previous models and guarantees 20.000 hours of reliable operation with laser illumination.
"Its ultra-short shooting lens makes this model perfect in a wide variety of environments, maximizing space without detriment to visual impact. We are sure that those of our partners looking for a profitable projector, both in price and performance, they will receive very well the improvements that the new update brings", states Chris Kee, Executive Director of Product Management, Enterprise Christie.
The Captiva DWU500S offers 4.500 ANSI lumens and has the ability to display images with a resolution of 1,920×1.200 up to 3,8 diagonal meters, with portrait or landscape orientation, this means an increase in the 50% of the maximum size of the previous Captiva model.
Its geometric adjustment of four corners allows to present at all times images of great precision, while its ultra-short shooting lens 0:25:1 makes it perfect for space-constrained installations.
Instant on/off functionality makes it possible to focus all attention on captivating the audience with content, no need to worry about preparation and configuration times. A new wall mounting system facilitates the installation of the projector, improving horizontal and vertical offset.
