The AHK has created with Arec and Biamp a studio with videoconferencing capabilities

Combining the media capture system of Arec with modena and devio solutions from Biamp, the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK) has created a studio capable of conducting live training webinars, as well as meetings by videoconference.

The Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK) based in Lombardy (Italy) commissioned the system integrator Technosound the creation of a live streaming centre with videoconferencing capabilities. To this end, it was decided to combine Arec's media capture system with Biamp's Modena and Devio solutions., brands it sells AVIT Vision.

The AHK is a governmental organization that promotes business relations between Italian and German companies since the early twentieth century. Offers support, consulting and training services to companies doing international business.

Given the nature of its activities, the AHK must have easy-to-use and multifunctional solutions. To do this, technosound system integrator created a studio capable of conducting both live training webinars and videoconference meetings. The Arec media capture system became the heart of this system.

At the center of this initiative is the Arec LS-300 multimedia station, a three-channel model that combines, records and transmits up to three full HD video sources in mixed and individual format and offers an intuitive touch control method.

One of the sources of LS-300 is a Biamp Modena Hub, that allows wireless collaboration of presenters from their own devices.

The other two video sources are PTZ Arec CI-21H network cameras, that allow the capture of images from different angles. Presenters add their voice to the mix using the Biamp Devio microphone system.

The combined presentation material and audio are broadcast to a room with a 43 inches and a wireless microphone system so that the local public can see and participate also when necessary.

last, the system allows the AHK to use software videoconferencing systems such as Zoom, Teams and others to seamlessly organize and join hybrid meetings.

The AHK trusts in the finished studio for all its audiovisual needs and carries out international events with great success.
