Panasonic Connect Europe Hiroyuki Nishiuma

The new organization Panasonic Connect Europe is focused on B2B technology solutions, along with a greater offer of services, to help European companies maintain and transform their businesses.

Panasonic Connect Europe will integrate the manufacturer's range of high-quality B2B products, including from software, manufacturing machinery, rugged mobile computing equipment, Broadcast, projectors and professional screens, adding greater consulting capacity, systems integration, project management and application software development.

Hiroyuki Nishiuma, current managing director of Panasonic System Communications Company Europe (PSCEU) and future head of the new company (in the image above), explains that “will be a new and agile organization that will respond to the demands of the manufacturing sectors, logistics, Retail, entertainment, education and public sector”.

The new managing director of Panasonic Connect Europe, stresses that “we look forward to combining our product expertise with the increased capacity for solutions to help companies transform their future operations”.

An integral part of the new company will be the innovation of the frontline business processes, known as Gemba Process Innovation, which is based on business knowledge, Panasonic technology and solutions, with a transformative approach to review, radically redesign and reinvent operations.

Gemba Process Innovation uses innovative technologies to offer new ways of working that increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Your team will advise and deploy state-of-the-art devices, intelligent detection and robotics, improve the visualization of operation through the use of digitized data, will offer operational optimization and process automation to improve the entire supply chain.

Panasonic Connect Europe will also be supported by its own European customer service and support centre. To this will be added the experience and support of Zetes, owned by the Japanese multinational, developing and marketing software and solutions for the supply chain.

It will also have the help of the company Blue Yonder, world leader in digital supply chain and omnichannel commerce compliance, whose acquisition has recently been announced by Panasonic.
