RCF Expands TT+ Series with Powerful Portable Speaker System
Compact design, the TT 515-A speaker and the TT 808-AS subwoofer are added to the TT+ series of Rcf, suitable for portable and installation applications where size and weight are critical factors.
The Italian audio manufacturer Rcf provides flexibility, power and small size with the speaker TT 515-A and the subwoofer TT 808-AS, in which it combines the advantages of its TT+ technology, such as controlled dispersion, multiple mounting accessories, weather protection and connection of RDNet software for real-time management, with recoverable presets.
TT 515-A is a speaker of 127 Db which can be used as a main speaker system or to complement a larger one, a 3D/immersive sound system or high-quality installations.
TT 515-A transducer configuration pairs two 5-symmetrical cone transducers″, custom-charged with a rotating CMD waveguide surrounding a 1.75 titanium high-frequency compression transducer″, all fed by a class D amplifier of two channels of 1.000 W RMs.
Multiple mounting accessories and discreet case form factor are suitable for a wide range of configurations, including suspension mounting, on pole, in Truss, on the wall or ceiling; in landscape or portrait orientation, with a rotating waveguide and a logo plate.
The TT 808-AS subwoofer features two 8 high power woofers″, with ventilated front load, powered by a two-channel amplifier of 1.000 W RMS Class D.
The compact box can be used in both landscape and portrait orientation or paired for cardioid subwoofer configurations, in arc and others through RDNet. It also includes balance brackets to improve vertical stability and a rotating logo..
the Integrated DSP provides flexible control of speaker parameters and features a high-level DSP circuit, with bass motion control (BMC) and the FiRPhase processing Patented, for consistent sound distribution without phase distortion and deep bass adjusted to any volume.
BMC extends the lowest audible frequency without affecting transducer stability, limiting over-excursions for greater reliability and superior performance at high volume levels.
Advanced FiRPhase processing optimizes dynamic amplitude and temporal behavior for a linear phase response of 0°.
the waterproof housing is built with high strength Baltic birch plywood, coated with black polyurea paint, robust and scratch-resistant.
The amplifier is mounted on a solid machined aluminum structure at the rear, where heat dissipation is fast and efficient. The enclosure is robust and rigid, with a sturdy powder-coated metal grid that protects the face. An acoustically transparent foam backrest inside the grille ensures protection against dust and moisture.
