Hikvision with Jashanmal at Dubai Festival City Mall

In the mall store Dubai Festival City Mall, Jashanmal has installed a digital signage solution integrated by two Led screens in the form of an arc and three interactive LCD 86 Inch.

Jashanmal has implemented a solution of digital signage Led and LCD of Hikvision in the mall Dubai Festival City Mall. The objective was to increase the influx of public and offer a better customer experience.

Customers who visit large shopping malls and parks can access a world of products in a single location. But while these facilities attract large crowds, stores must create offers and experiences that maximize the influx of public.

Innovative display technologies, such as Led screens, can help stores stand out and gain a competitive advantage. In addition to attracting more customers to the establishments, screens can be used to provide information about specific brands and products, or to order those that are not available in the store.

To achieve these benefits, Jashanmal is using Led and interactive technologies in its stores. “We understand the benefits of Led and interactive screens to create a wow factor so we decided to create and implement a captivating solution in our showroom at Dubai's Festival City Mall”, explains Dinesh Dhingra, Director of Support and Services of the Jashanmal Group.

Led and interactive screens

Jashanmal worked with Hikvision to design a solution integrated by two Arc-shaped Led screens. This has been installed at the entrance of the showroom.

Each of these Led panels is one meter wide and 15 long, arriving from the floor, above the arched entrance to the store. The panels continuously display artistic content that is perfectly aligned with the Jashanmal brand, to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and encourage them to enter.

In addition to these huge arched Led screens, located at the entrance of the store, the digital signage solution includes three interactive LCD screens of 86 Inch. These are mounted next to the cash register, in the household goods area and in the baggage area.

Customers can use these displays to examine product specifications and color options. If one is not available in the store, can use the screens to search for them online.

To complete the solution, three other screens transmit product details, brands and offers. The digital signage content displayed on these screens is also replicated in the interactive LCD, when customers don't use them to browse or buy products online.

After a bidding process, the system integrator was chosen Magnus Technologies to deliver the solution, with Led and LCD technologies provided by Hikvision.
