Monticello Motor Club renews its visualization system with Planar MGP

To update your LCD system has been installed a led videowall planar MGP of almost 3.6×2 meters with a pixel pitch of 1,2 Mm.

Ninety minutes from New York City is the private country club for motorsports fans Monticello Motor Club (MMC). This has a racing circuit of 6,6 Kilometers, with 20 Curves, 12 configurations and 2,4 kilometers of straights.

Club offers training to instruct professional drivers, as well as a range of services related to the motor world, that include a store, vehicle storage space and a full car service center. The facilities also have a clubhouse next to the track, with a large meeting space where members meet during the day.

This space previously had a screen configured with four televisions of 75 Inch. After its update, a Led videowall has been arranged Planar MGP of almost 3.6×2 meters with a pixel pitch of 1,2 Mm.

For the realization of this project, MMC had the system integrator and technology provider Performance Imaging to supply you with this modern display solution.

“MMC needed to improve its technology to display information, such as track schedules and race statistics for its members, as well as to view promotional images of the club. A high-end system for meetings and presentations was also needed.”, explains Mark Risi, CEO and founder of Performance Imaging.

Clarity and brightness

According to the CEO and Managing Partner of MMC, Ari Straus, the videowall Led Planar MGP, that offers high visual performance of screen information and content. “The space receives a lot of direct sunlight, what used to be annoying, but it's no longer a problem: the clarity and brightness of the screen create very sharp content at any time of the day”.

The videowall offers the flexibility to divide the screen into several sections and display content from different sources. “When we have careers, we can display simultaneously 16 sources from different cameras. Performance is excellent for showing live activities”, says Straus.
