Planar TVF adapts to the circular design of an auditorium focused on health education

En el auditorio del centro Health Futures se fomenta la formación y la colaboración desde cuatro videowall Led curvos planar TVF. 4.8 screens×2,7 metre, diseñadas en configuraciones de 8×8 and a pixel pitch of 2,5 Mm.

With the aim of supporting interdepartmental research and collaborative programmes, the avant-garde Health Futures Center ha instalado en su auditorio cuatro videowalls Led Planar TVF. Unos equipos diseñados con formas cóncavas que se adaptan al entorno circular de la estancia. Para afrontar su montaje sin soporte en el suelo Draper ha desarrollado soportes a medida.

Durante casi dos décadas, la Universidad Estatal de Arizona (asu) and the Clínica Mayo han colaborado en numerosas iniciativas de atención médica y asociaciones estratégicas para avanzar en la educación sanitaria, mejorar la atención al paciente y acelerar la investigación y los descubrimientos.

in 2016, ambas formalizaron su relación al fundar la Mayo Clinic and ASU Alliance for Health Care (Clínica Mayo y Alianza ASU para el Cuidado de la Salud). El desarrollo más reciente de su alianza en curso es la finalización del centro Health Futures, una vanguardista instalación que busca apoyar la investigación interdepartamental y los programas de colaboración.

Inaugurado a principios de 2021, el centro cuenta con instalaciones de primera clase para la innovación en tecnología médica, bioscience education and research laboratories, biomedical engineering and informatics.

The building of 45.720 square meters includes research and collaboration spaces, wet and dry laboratories, one of movement and one of simulation, a demonstration kitchen and learning studios.

Auditorium for training

On the first floor there is an auditorium for 300 persons for continuing training, presentations and events. El recinto presenta una arquitectura interior circular y se construyó con un diseño de teatro redondo para facilitar presentaciones atractivas como las charlas estilo TED.

El espacio incluye una acústica diseñada y cuenta con lo último en tecnología de pantallas Led de última generación.

Montados en la parte superior de los cuatro lados, justo debajo de un techo redondeado, hay cuatro videowalls Led Planar serie TVF, each of 4,8 metros ancho y 2,7 high, in configurations of 8×8 with a pixel pitch of 2,5 Mm (TVF2.5). The video walls were designed with concave shapes to adapt to the curved walls of the auditorium.

According to Naimark, the intention of the design of the video walls was to ensure that the data and scientific details were clear., clearly visible and could be seen from any perspective of the room, including that of the presenter.

Flexible operation

Installed by the audiovisual system integrator Spinitar, the videowalls incorporate a control system that offers users flexibility in terms of how to display the content in the four videowalls.

Remote control transmission cameras can also be used, placed around the room, to follow the presenters and show the information in the videowall. The videowalls include the use of a custom mounting solution from Draper to face the challenge of installing the screens without support on the floor.
