The Gainbridge Fieldhouse offers an Led display solution with digiLed
The central element of the Indiana Pacers' stadium renovation is a four-sided scoreboard., of approximately 311 square meters of dynamic video area, designed with the solution digiLed H-Tek.
The stadium Gainbridge Fieldhouse (formerly Bankers Life Fieldhouse) has carried out a renovation in its facilities including the installation of more than 55 square meters of Led screens with a pixel pitch of 1,5 Mm. A project that has been carried out by Anc with the technology of digiLed.
The renovation also includes six new Led display locations that sync with the court's side LED and the leds of 360 Degrees. This creates a complete immersive experience.
The central element of this project is the Led marker that is hung in the center of the arena and that provides optimal viewing angles from all the seats of the field.
The marker features a rectangular four-sided main screen with approximately 311 square meters of dynamic video area. The four main screens are crowned by custom-built square Led 'rings', one at the bottom and one at the top of primary screens, that allow content to flow smoothly around the hanging center.
The inside of the screen has a complete bottom that runs the entire length and width of the marker structure and measures approximately 3 meters high.
This ensures exceptional views of the live action, repetitions of plays and statistics. Each side has Led screens of 4 mm and combine to offer more than 40 millions of pixels.
Due to the problems of viewing angles and weight restrictions of the building, the solution digiLed H-Tek, lightweight and high performance, was the perfect choice for this huge display. Many design and production modifications were required to meet the demanding requirements of the project.
The bookmark has been configured with 200 square meters of screens digiThin HD and system has also been arranged digiTile MAX on the court, inlet tunnels, press rooms, of interviews, lobbies and dining rooms.
Thanks to digiLed's central display, fans who come to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse enjoy a better field of vision.
"We have installed digiLed displays in many places in the United States., but this is the first project of these characteristics that we carry out on a playing field. In addition, the center display is an incredible technical achievement that uses our unique customization capabilities to give Gainbridge Fieldhouse fans optimal viewing., no matter where they are sitting.", Says Graham Burgess, CEO of digiLed.
The trading platform vSoft of ANC, that synchronizes all existing and new digital displays, including the 55 square meters of fine pitch technology, is the central element of the new digital experience, through pre-programmed and live operation of the system.
As part of the long-term partnership that began more than a decade ago, ANC integrates with venue production staff to create content and operate the display system for each event at gainbridge Fieldhouse.
“We are proud of our partnership with digiLed and their ability to offer customized solutions based on our designs”, Says George Linardos, Executive Director of ANC. "The new structure suspended in the center is one of the most creative executions on the market and the fine pitch Led screens in the premium areas create a wow factor that fans will remember".
