Eden Court engages audience with Sharp/NEC digital signage
The digital signage network of the Eden Court is based on the visualization technology of Sharp/NEC. the 17 installed screens (of 46, 55 and 75") have been mounted with brackets of Peerless-AV. The content is distributed thanks to the players of BrightSign.
Serving the Highland community with a state-of-the-art entertainment venue, Eden Court uses the visualization technology of Sharp/NEC to promote shows, films, projects and events with personalized content scheduled to optimize participation and reduce costs. A complete network of centralized digital signage that seeks to attract the viewer.
Eden Court is Scotland's largest combined arts organisation. Based in Inverness (Highlands), the place consists of two theaters, two multipurpose studios, two cinemas and three art galleries, as well as bars, a café and a restaurant.
Inverness is a city with a great history and culture. Eden Court is at the heart of this cultural offer, serving audiences, artists and performers with a world-class art venue.
When the organization decided to look for a digital signage solution for the reception area, Eden Court turned to the integrator AV-Tec.
The goal was to reduce operating costs by streamlining communications with customers., shortening delivery time from concept to launch with simple-to-run content creation and network delivery.
With such a varied entertainment offer, that appeals to diverse audiences, Eden Court hoped to have a more targeted approach, adapting advertising and promotions at scheduled times. With the ability to update content and adjust scheduling, can optimize campaigns and reduce marketing costs.
High-quality displays that deliver robust, reliable operation with flexible installation options, including portrait and landscape orientation, were key criteria.
To implement this project, AV-Tec selected Sharp/NEC display technology, mounted on brackets Peerless-AV and controlled by the media players of BrightSign.
A total of 17 NEC's large format displays to engage visitors with dynamic video content. Content that includes movie trailers, programs and event listings.
Videowall screens have been arranged 46 inches with ultra-narrow bezel in groups of four, side by side. The aim is to create a banner effect over the ticket office and other prominent positions in an elevated position and over the walkways..
Screens of 55 and 75 Inch, sizes selected to fit inside the gaps, both portrait and landscape orientation.
Installation uses Sharp/NEC network-based control software, NaViSet Administrator 2, with comprehensive daylight saving time adjustment.
Centralized management allows Eden Court operators to control display functions, ensuring consistent operational performance.
AV-Tec and MISupport brightSign provided the customer with comprehensive system training. Digital content is uploaded using the software BrightAuthor and the entire system can be managed remotely, providing the customer with complete support.
