TeamViewer Frontline 4

In this Frontline update, TeamViewer has integrated the technology of augmented reality specialist Upskill and mixed reality pioneer Viscopic, as well as Ubimax software.

TeamViewer has announced the fourth version of its augmented reality for companies, Frontline, that has been made taking as a starting point the software of Ubimax purchased in 2020 and the company's own AR development.

This latest update integrates the technology of the augmented reality specialist Upskill and the pioneer in mixed reality Viscopic, that have been achieved throughout 2021.

“TeamViewer's recent product development and acquisition has resulted in a complete augmented reality platform for enterprises with best-in-class device support., remarkable strategic partnerships underway and a large customer base to sell to”, Says Eric Abbruzzese, Director of Research at ABI Research.

TeamViewer Frontline is an augmented reality enterprise platform, offering digitalization solutions in the work environment for desktopless workers using smart glasses or mobile devices.

With this solution, employees can work hands-free while receiving real-time information and predefined workflows are displayed directly in their field of view. In this way, the software is independent of the device, as it works on smart glasses, mobile devices and wearables, so it can adapt to any IT infrastructure and business environment.

TeamViewer Frontline includes ready-to-deploy solutions in order picking, assembly, quality control, maintenance and inspection, training and remote assistance, while being highly customizable according to the individual needs of each company.

The latest version allows companies, based on your individual digital transformation scenario, leverage the full range of AR capabilities, from simple annotations with the use of this technology, up to 2D and 3D overlays, and sophisticated MRI features.

Because TeamViewer Frontline offers a non-code, low-code approach, creating augmented reality workflows doesn't require any AR experience or coding knowledge, making it easy for non-IT employees to use software productively in their daily operations and add immediate value to processes.
