Vestel powers hybrid work with VHuddle Pro meeting room solution

Vestel just announced the solution for meeting rooms VHuddle Pro. Designed to maximize the digital workplace experience, consists of the software VHuddle Pro, the interactive display IFM 4K HDR, with Windows PC Module 10 Plug-in OPS, and a 4K webcam.

Streamlining every step in the meeting setup process, features pre-selected business-critical apps in an app bar and allows you to launch them with a tap or click, thanks to VHuddle Pro software.

Software VHuddle Pro

By offering a customizable ecosystem for the hybrid workplace, VHuddle Pro allows you to pre-select a number of business-critical applications and sort them into the corresponding tabs (Screen sharing, Web Conferencing, Notes, Files and Browser) on the Compact Apps toolbar for easy navigation.

With your software solution, VHuddle Pro provides direct access to each of these apps, ensuring quick start support with a touch or a click of the mouse.

Windows PC Module 10 Paho

Easy to integrate into working life, VHuddle Pro minimizes the need for user training, Providing, with its Windows plug-in module 10 OPS PC, a familiar digital workspace experience, which includes access to Office 365 and Teams.

Although all options are designed to be preconfigured by IT departments to maintain computer network security and consistent user experience, there is great flexibility to adapt to different styles of collaboration.

Up to three whiteboard applications can be pre-selected for the 'Notes' tab, which gives teams the freedom to use, For example, OneNote to take quick notes; Microsoft Ink Workspace, to collaborate on designs; and Microsoft Whiteboard, to share ideas and annotate files.

To reduce administrative and organizational tasks around collaboration, meetings can be scheduled with the calendar and rooms booked in an instant with the 'Book room' tab.

Scheduled video conferences are designed to appear in the calendar view and offer the option to 'Start' with a single click or tap to save time.

Interactive displays

With the IFM interactive display, VHuddle Pro becomes the ultimate hybrid co-worker.

Designed in screen sizes of 55, 65, 75 and 86 inches to fit all corporate applications, from meeting spaces to large meeting rooms, the series is an attractive interactive multimedia center. From its minimalist super slim bezel design, brings content to life, with support for stunning and extra-sharp 4K HDR images and 4K HDR videos at 60 Fps.

Meeting equity is also easy to achieve for hybrid-style collaboration, with IFM 4K display, that works with the 4K webcam to ensure that remote participants can be seen clearly.

A ten-point interactive IR touch overlay with an anti-glare super-smooth finish drives collaboration, while the quick paddle launcher allows team members to work at their own pace, offering one-touch access to pen tools, highlighter, screenshot and screen clipping.

Additional features include a dual pen that can offer two alternative-sized tips and automatic color recognition., as well as a write-to-digital text conversion feature.
