Lynx Pro Audio DSPB-LFSoftware and hardware improvements that Lynx Pro Audio incorporates in DSPB-LF are materialized in the ability to process the signal and in communications with the user, that now integrate their amplifiers.

After the good experience achieved first with their teams clS coaxial line array, and in the new XT amplifiers, the manufacturer Lynx Pro Audio has decided to incorporate its DSPB-LF technology, software and hardware, to all the brand's self-powered enclosures.

The new generation of Dsp Lynx Pro Audio offers greater processing power, up to eight times higher than the previous version, based on company data; more advantages in communication with the user and in the operational use of the system, to which the integration of new direct control capabilities and customized memories is added.

The differences between the two generations of the system are remarkable.: externally, the screen has changed in both size and quality, going from a sixteen-character alphanumeric LCD in two lines, to the current one IPS 320×240 Mm. in color and with a navigable menu to facilitate its use to the user.

Internally, the change of technology, both DSP and microprocessors, has increased the computing power up to eight times more, which means a significant increase in the performance of the system.

From the enclosure itself, the user can now modify the gain, the delay and create up to five custom memories, while if you do it from the computer you can make presets with access to gain, delay and up to ten parametric filters. In terms of connections, all enclosures have AES3 and Ethernet available, that depending on the models can arrive as standard or as an option.

The development of the new generation of software and hardware has been carried out entirely in Lynx Pro Audio, with own resources of its R&D laboratory, led by its team of engineers at the Valencia facilities.

Lynx Pro Audio Rainbow 3DHow you say Carlos Matali, R&D&I Director of Lynx Pro Audio, "computing power has increased considerably. We master technology and do not depend on external companies; we can turn customer response into product performance very quickly".

In this sense, the Lynx Pro Audio engineering team has completed the implementation of new capabilities for Rainbow 3D, a new acoustic prediction system in a 3D and dynamic environment.

With a careful design, Rainbow 3D stands out for its speed and perform a complex simulation in just a few seconds. In addition, it has algorithms for both the control of directivity and the optimization of the listening area.

Lynx Pro Audio engineers have designed this system from scratch, for which they have used new programming procedures that achieve an effective simulation with really low calculation times. The program can simulate all Lynx Pro Audio acoustic enclosures located in a 3D space, in addition to the classic side and upper views.

You can also define multiple listening zones and include an unlimited number of sound sources. Allows acoustic simulation not only of arrays, but of all audio systems: subwoofer, arrays, individual columns and boxes, among many other possibilities.
