Sonae Sierra and Led Dream create the new visual image of the Valle Real shopping center

After a deep remodeling, this commercial facility in Camargo (Cantabria) offers visitors visual experiences with Led Dream Group, whose contents are inspired by the nature of this region.

the Valle Real Shopping Center, more than 48.000 m2, has completed the project renovation and improvement of all its common areas, coordinated by Sonae Sierra and (Weare) Reify, in collaboration with the construction company Copsesa E INEL-2000, after an investment of more than ten million euros.

The result of this change has been the incorporation of advanced technological solutions in order to offer the best user experience and strengthen its position as one of the reference shopping centers in Cantabria.

Precisely the potential of the nature of this community has been the core of the conceptual design of the remodeling of the facility., that is now materialized in the new children's leisure space, called Bird land (Land of birds) inspired by the marsh of Alday, located in the vicinity of the center.

This new space, as well as the recreational areas and in all areas of the toilets Led screens have been installed, with personalized content, for which the property has had the collaboration of Led Dream Group as a technology partner.

For the project, this specialist has manufactured, supplied and installed the audiovisual digital elements and their support structures, in addition to making the design, creation and adaptation of content inspired by the nature of Cantabria.

Led screens work under the platforms Brightsign and Broadsign, through which the implementation of 3D contents and miscellaneous HTML5 templates for playback of dynamic content.

Playful and visual space for the little ones

Become one of the most unique areas of the reform and the new image of the shopping center, this playful space for the little ones has a tower of games of 11 meters high and a slide of 17 meters in length and equipment for children with reduced mobility.

One of its most attractive elements is the bird viewpoint Bird Land, suitable for children of 2 to 12 years, and in which they can learn about the birds that inhabit the marshes of Alday in a dynamic and fun way.

Inside the viewpoint, Led Dream Group has installed Black Led screens high resolution. The assembly of these visual equipment trapezoidal and right angled, with inclination to the ground to offer better visibility from the base of the tower is one of the main attractions of this custom project and one of the most complex.

That is why a modular structure has been used and up to five different sizes of Led screens that allow maximum versatility to achieve this trapezoidal shape, specially manufactured and designed for the project in the Valle Real shopping center.

In addition, Led Dream Group has taken charge of the design and management of the informative contents of the Led screens, 3D creation and animation of birds. Bird land has a 'bird-pet', mixing 3D content and HTML5 code, that every fifteen minutes appears for the amusement and amazement of users marking the hours style of a modern cuckoo clock.

Led screens in the toilets

Led Dream Group has also taken charge of the creation of a modern and visual space in the toilets distributed throughout the center that adapts perfectly to the aesthetics of the facilities, in which the potential of Led screens is used to create a unique harmony and project different contents, among which take on special prominence the spectacular images of the natural spaces of the area, like the Picos de Europa, the Dunes of Liencres or the Collados del Asón.

To do this, Led Dream Group has supplied and installed 34 Indoor Led screens, of different sizes and shapes, distributed in the three toilets of the shopping center, that are synchronized with each other to show content in a unison way and respecting the space of each one thanks to the mapping of the contents.

Led technology has been integrated into a glass frame in a very aesthetic and subtle way, designed to prevent water and moisture, fully accessible for subsequent maintenance and adapted to the space.
