Visix offers enhanced analytics and tracking in AxisTV Signage Suite v.1.55
The version 1.55 from AxisTV Signage Suite software Visix gives administrators more visibility options, tracking and reporting for your digital signage messages, playlists and users.
With the new analysis function of AxisTV Signage Suite 1.55, customers using content management systems, both in the cloud and on-premises, can enable tracking and reporting for five areas: reproduction and approval of messages, playlist activity, sending content and user activity.
Activation in this new version of the Visix is done through a checkbox and users can set the number of days to retain the data, run reports by date range, choose and rearrange columns within reports and sort, filter, group and channel report data.
Trey Hicks, Visix Sales Director, explains that "if you want to maximize the impact and efficiency of digital signage, metrics are key. Whether you partner with advertisers or just track internal communications campaigns, data is necessary to make good decisions".
By tracking participation, response time and playback frequency, "Administrators can see who uses the system most often and what's on the screens," he said.. Combining these analytics with calls to action helps better measure engagement from both staff and audience.".
the message playback report lists messages within a specific date range, along with associated playlists, the players that sent the message, playback counts and screen time.
To track workflows, message approval shows their status and average time, while playlist activity shows how many items are sent to each list within a date range so customers can see which ones are most active.
