SNA Displays Empire captures the attention of passers-by from the top of a building in Atlanta
On the roof of a small historic building in Atlanta has been installed a curved Led screen of 53,5 m2. Designed with a solution SNA Displays Empire features a convex radius of 4,6 meters and a pixel pitch of 8 Mm.
On the roof of a small historic building in Atlanta has been installed a curved Led screen of 4 meters long by 1,24 meters high. A DooH solution that has been built by SNA Displays and acquired by Orange Barrel Medi.
Located in the 140 Peachtree Street NW, at the intersection of Peachtree and Forsyth streets, this digital medium features a convex radius of 4,6 meters so that pedestrian and car traffic can see its contents.
Built from the product line Empire SNA Displays outdoor, the screen has a pixel pitch of 8 mm and more than 830.000 Pixels (510×1.640). This is located on the roof, just above a waterfall interspersed with columns.
"While large, flat Led screens can be very effective, the curved design is perfect for this intersection", Says Tony Kaiser, SNA Displays Project Manager. "Orange Barrel Media is at the forefront of outdoor urban media and we have partnered with them on numerous insalations., often customizing video screens in increasingly imaginative ways".
Henry Incorporated, based in Decatur, Georgia, has been in charge of performing the installation services for the screen.
The three-story building in 140 Peachtree was built in 1911. It has been the home of Hillyer Trust Company, Citizen and Southern Bank and, more recently, Breen Smith Advertising.
