Vivitek adds BYOM support to its Novo Ecosystem solutions

The BYOM function that has been included in Vivitek NovoDisplay and NovoTouch allow a meeting moderator to wirelessly control shared AV devices. Supports video conferencing applications in enterprises and educational environments.

Vivitek has added support for Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) to your solutions Novo Ecosystem. In this way, users of collaboration solutions NC-X700, NC-X900, NovoDisplay and NovoTouch can control conventional meeting peripherals, such as cameras or audio devices, from the meeting presenter's laptop.

With Novo Ecosystem, Vivitek, brand that markets Charmex in the Spanish market, has introduced to the market an ecosystem of byod wireless collaboration fully compatible with displays and digital signage solutions. Product categories (add-on devices, all-in-one solutions and cloud software applications) provide new ways to communicate ideas securely both on site, remotely or through hybrid scenarios.

BYOM update function can be performed on selected Novo devices. this allows the meeting presenter to wirelessly control the shared av devices (including IN-room peripherals connected by USB, as cameras, microphones or speakers). So it is also compatible with video conferencing applications, making it ideal for both corporate and educational needs for on-site and hybrid meetings.

BYOM Driver Availability:

• NovoConnect wireless collaboration add-on devices, NC-X700 and NC-X900. They are ideal for users who already have a screen or a projector, but want to enhance or extend their existing AV infrastructure with wireless display functionality, or maximize the use of the screen with digital signage.
• Vivitek NovoTouch and NovoDisplay all-in-one collaborative panels, The first is an all-in-one system that combines 4K-UHD resolution, wireless collaboration, videoconference, digital whiteboard and digital signage. NovoDisplay offers functions similar to those of a non-interactive display.
