Four Points by Sheraton Uses Cayin Digital Signage to Enhance Guest Experience
The CMS-SE and CMS-PRO software tools and the SMP-2300 player Cayin have been incorporated into the digital signage infrastructure of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel to inform and reinforce the brand image.
Four Points by Sheraton is a modern hotel located in the heart of the city of Desaru (Malaysia) and is part of the portfolio of establishments of Marriott Bonvoy. With their 311 Rooms offers a quiet retreat to travelers visiting the city for business or pleasure.
This hotel, which opened its doors last year, was looking for a digital signage solution that would respond to three objectives: elevate the guest experience with compelling visualization, provide them with access to relevant information and build brand consistency.
To respond to these requirements, Cayin's digital signage was chosen.. concretely, a CMS-SE, one CMS-PRO and ten SMP-2300 around areas of great influx of public, as the entrances of the premises, and common areas, as the hotel lobby.
Digital signage in the hotel lobby and common areas includes welcome messages, promotional slides with the latest offers and attractive corporate videos that serve to improve brand awareness. Hotel guests receive a consistent brand experience upon entering the hotel and throughout their stay
Digital signage installed at venue entrances displays event information to keep hotel guests informed.
Access to event details, wall-to-wall, makes it easy for hotel guests to plan their stay. In addition, scheduling functions based on the digital signage calendar allow the hotel management team to broadcast accurate content in real time.
The management team can remotely monitor and control the players, logs and detailed information through the CMS-PRO server.
CMS-SE and CMS-PRO, installed in the CMS-60, work as content management server software. The first updates the contents in the ten SMP-2300 digital signage players simultaneously throughout the hotel.
CMS-PRO synchronizes settings across multiple SMP players at once and monitors current screenshots of players, making management an intuitive process for the hotel.
Cayin partnered with Hello Media as a solution provider in this project, that executed the planning, design, installation, testing and commissioning, as well as training and maintenance and support.
