Sharp NEC PX2201UL: laser projector for installation of 21.500 Lumens

Suitable for digital signage applications, the new laser projector PX2201UL from Sharp NEC offers a power of 21.500 lumens with native WUXGA resolution, integrated in a small housing, lightweight and energy-efficient.

The model PX2201UL is a powerful professional installation projector with RB laser light source, especially suitable for digital signage applications in verticals such as retail, theme parks and even simulation, thanks to its consistent brightness and power of 21.500 Lumens Central, with an energy consumption 11% less than other computers.

with 20.000 hours operation with little maintenance, as they point out from Sharp NEC, this computer offers native resolution WUXGA (1.920×1.200Q) and maximum WQXGA (2.560×1.600Q), contrast ratio 10.000:1 with dynamic black thanks to the latest DLP engine Texas Instruments with technology BrilliantColor with improved color accuracy.

The computer can project on screens from 40 to 500″, which means a distance of 1,02 to 12,7 metre, with ultra-wide angle zoom lens 0.9-1.2 (NP45ZL), short range 1.2-1.56 (NP46ZL), standard 1.5-2.0 (NP47ZL), long range 2.0-4.0 (NP48ZL) and ultra-long range 4.0- 7.0 (NP49ZL), with motorized adjustment functions.

Thanks to this it is possible to show two fonts on the screen at the same time, in a picture-in-picture setting, or side by side, as well as seamlessly mixing multiple images with built-in edge blending capabilities.

PX2201UL incorporates HDBaseT and dual HDMI inputs (with HDCP), simultaneous digital connections from high-definition sources, as Blu-ray players, cable boxes, satellite receivers, Etc. with a quick start for its operation of 3 to 4 seconds and immediate shutdown, no need for cooling, to ensure efficient use of energy.
