Avixa will promote its mission as a catalyst for the growth of AV professionals

During the week in which it is celebrated Ise 2022, Avixa will present the event in Spanish AV Experience Zone, hold meetings of its various councils, exam preparation and application sessions for CTS certification applicants.

During the week of the event, of the 10 to the 11 May, Avixa will present the event in Spanish AV Experience Zone, hold several meetings of its various councils, as well as preparation and exam sessions for certification candidates cts (Certified Technology Specialist).

Education Program

Avixa will present the second edition of its AV Experience Zone. Held in Spanish, It is a daily event where the latest audiovisual solutions and trends for the corporate markets will be explored, educational, Hospitality & Retail. In addition, Guided tours focused on specific markets will be offered.

For AV Professionals Studying for Your CTS Exam (Certified Technology Specialist), Avixa will open the space CTS Walk-in Center where candidates will be able to meet with experts and coaches who will help them with the final details of their preparation (In English, German and Spanish).

During ISE Week, CTS exams will be available at the Pearson VUE test center, located about eight kilometers from the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Exams can be taken in English, German and Spanish.

likewise, Avixa will also host an event Executive Peer-to-Peer for Global Partner Program members, that facilitates strategic planning and business growth for AV companies.

The event will showcase insights from Avixa's recent market research and feature guest speakers discussing the role of smart workspaces as industry disruptors and the evolution of smart buildings and professional AV.

Tips that unite the industry

the Avixa Women's Council will host several events during ISE 2022. On Wednesday 11 May, the council will host a shared experience panel with inspiring people who will talk about their journey through the AV industry, the challenges they have faced and how the AV industry is addressing the gender imbalance.

The panel will feature Michaela Hirsch of Peerless-AV, Greg Jeffreys of Visual Displays, Malle Kaas of Women in Live Music, Diana Quintero of Bose and co-chair of the Avixa Women's Council, Anna Shahin of Audiologic and Rob Smith of Shure.

In addition, the 11 May, the Italian group of the Avixa Women's Council will meet for the first time in person for a panel discussion in their language about their professional experiences and the importance of women's empowerment in the professional AV industry.

The group DACH Avixa's Women's Council will meet on Thursday 12 May for their first in-person German-language networking meeting.

Avixa's Diversity Council to Host Panel “Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility and Intersectionality for Business” Thursday 12 May, with Joe Way University of Southern California (Usc), Lara Paemen of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Kevin McLoughlin of Sky UK, Rachel Hunt of Unicol, Girish Narayanan of Granteq and Susana Alvarez of Newtech Solutions.

The event AV Career Day, which will take place on Wednesday 11 May, will bring together students from Spain and other countries for a full day of exploration in the AV world, including sessions with a panel of industry experts and tours of the show floor.
