Daktronics reveals at ISE how to accelerate the assembly of its dvLed with the innovative Speed Frame
Up to four times faster, the Speed Frame wall mount that Daktronics presents in Ise 2022 is one of the great attractions of its stand, as this new technology accelerates and simplifies the installation of your dvLed displays.
Speed up and simplify the installation of dvLed displays of Daktronics is the goal of new technology Speed Frame than professionals, and especially audiovisual integrators, you can know in detail in ISE Barcelona (pavilion 6 – stand K600), since it allows to mount them up to four times faster than previous techniques and generations of screens.
As he explains Adam Gilliland, Daktronics Product Manager, "As we seek to innovate and advance our Led solutions, we are also continuously designing them to be easier to handle and install.. With our dvLed product line, we have continued with this same strategy to make installation faster and easier than ever. This helps maximize our customers' uptime and minimizes installation equipment time in buildings and premises.. All parties win".
To offer efficiency in the installation of the NPN-6200 series and 6400 by Daktronics, the new process has a number of adjustments, such as the removal of reinforcement plates, which will allow direct mounting on plaster or metal walls, saving time and money.
In addition, the wedges have been replaced by lifting bolts and the adjustability in Z to eliminate the need for wedges, providing flexibility to adapt to uneven walls.
Daktronics has also designed multiple lightweight frame sections, instead of individual tubes, and cuts have been included in the mounts to pass both power and signal cables.
Along with ease of installation, the panel, the module and the Speed Frame incorporate the possibility of adjustment Xyz for a perfect alignment mechanics, regardless of the scale of the screen. Configurable Speed Frame sizes that align with screen size reduce installation time and integrated cable management simplifies planning of power and signal locations on the wall.
"We have studied all the angles and incorporated the comments of those in charge of the installation of our dvLed products to make this new process as simple and fluid as possible", gilliland says.
