I Rise turns the Montjuïc site into a virtual projection canvas
Created by Xavi Escolano and produced by Flaix Studio, the videomapping I Rise, which opened last night, has required eight projectors of 40.000 lumens and 4K resolution for staging.
Last night it premiered I Rise, a spectacular projection mapping that occupies a surface of 90 meters long by 15 high above the façade of one of the iconic curved buildings of Plaça d'Espanya, alongside Fira Montjuïc.
Created by Xavi Escolano and produced by Flaix Studio, for the installation of digital video art have been used eight projectors of 40.000 lumens and 4K resolution, that offer a light power of more than 300.000 Lumens.
The show turns the Montjuïc venue into a virtual projection canvas that seeks to demonstrate the potential of the AV sector with a message of hope.

Mapping, that has a human team formed by more than 70 people, Has 15 minutes long and can be viewed, during the celebration of Ise 2022, on Tuesday and Wednesday night of 21:00 to 23:00 hours, repeating itself during those two hours.
