Ise 2022: D&b audiotechnik changes the rules again with its 5D amplifier

Aiming to make high-quality sound systems available for a wider range of installations, D&b audiotechnik presents its new 5D installation amplifier in Ise Barcelona.

The participation of the German audio technology and solutions company D&b audiotechnik in Ise Barcelona (pavilion 7 -stand S350) is marked by the 5D system, one four-channel DSP amplifier including an integrated audio network connection and flexible, compartmentalized distribution of output power, all in an ultra-compact design.

This speaker is the latest addition to the d family&b and is exhibited for the first time in its space during the four days of the event so that all visitors can know it in detail, as it targets a wide range of installation projects and allows more people around the world "to experience the dynamic performance and unparalleled power of our technological solutions", as they point out from the company.

Ultra-compact design

5D amplifier features high-density form factor, with a space occupation of 1 UK of 24,10 cm (9,5 in). In addition, it is the perfect size to power the smallest speakers and can be mounted under consoles or ceilings, as well as in a rack, which allows d&b cater to a greater number of installations, regardless of the size or needs of the premises.

Another advantage offered by 5D is that it is the first amplifier of d&b with integrated Dante network connection, allowing for flexible system configuration changes and convenient deployment of decentralized designs.
