Microsoft brings together in ISE its ecosystem of solutions for hybrid workspaces

In his first participation as an exhibitor in Ise, the multinational Microsoft shows professionals its proposal for collaborative spaces around Teams and explains the challenges of this paradigm shift in organizations, workers and business processes.

Meeting rooms, teams to collaborate anytime, anywhere in workplaces with Teams and Office 365 configure the staging of the space of Microsoft in ISE Barcelonto (pavilion 2 – stand H650), with solutions from your business partners for this environment.

With this proposal, no wonder Antonio Cruz, Director of Microsoft's Modern Workplace for Spain, was one of the experts chosen to moderate one of the sessions of AV Experience Zone in the contest, with the title of 'Collaboration today, challenges in a new paradigm'.

In this session, that organizes Avixa (Association of Audiovisual and Integrated Experiences and co-owner of ISE), Cruz stands out for Digital AV "how the irruption of hybrid workspaces is still incipient. A whole technological ecosystem has been created to respond to this paradigm shift to adapt to this operating model of people working, processes and, the great challenge, the transformation of spaces".

In this challenge of how the new hybrid workspace will be or should be configured, a growing market opens up and in full technological development.. "There is no one-size-fits-all model," cruz says.; from Microsoft we offer a whole ecosystem of solutions and each company will have to create and adapt its own operating model, people-based, spaces and processes".

Microsoft executive relies on market research, that indicate that there are currently some 60 million rooms, of which hardly 7,6 millions are prepared for hybrid work.

The company's proposal to achieve the best way to adapt and achieve efficient hybrid models is brought together in solutions such as Microsoft Teams, adopted in most organizations and positions, with a critical mass of some 250 millions of users; with new tools and functionality integrated with Office 365.

"Microsoft Teams is the new Windows for the new hybrid workspace," says this executive., that goes beyond being a system of communication and collaboration, as it adapts to any system and to the needs of the client, integrated into Office 365 to further facilitate working life and processes".

In this sense, Antonio Cruz underlines the importance of audio and video solutions such as those shown at ISE and the need for investments and alliances "to undertake this challenge with technological infrastructure in an effective and inclusive way for all".
