Elation expands the KL series with the Fresnel luminaire 6 fc

Elation Professional has expanded the KL series (Key Light) with the Led luminaire KL Fresnel 6 fc, that casts shadows across the color spectrum and meets the standards of performance venues that are light-critical and noise-sensitive, like theatres.

Designed for any application that requires high-performance soft light with accurate color reproduction and adjustable temperature, this solution stands out for highlighting the performers or the sets on stage with a uniform wash of soft field light.

Offering a wide range of colors, from rich saturated to subtle pastels and dynamic white light, is an ideal key and fill light source for situations that require optimal color quality. It is a perfect combination with the KL Fresnel 8 fc by Elation.

The KL Fresnel 6 FC produces the best light quality with dynamic color temperature adjustment and full color control. Contains a highly efficient 220W RGBMA Led motor, calibrated to 6.500 Kelvin, to get a beautiful wash of diffused light.

Produces up to 8.000 field lumens with a motorized zoom range of 10 at 32° for easy beam size adjustment.

Color reproduction provides high CRI values (92), TM30 (88) and TLCI (95), which means that the recreation of the color is very accurate, for both the eye and the camera. As a flexible complement to any professional lighting system with customizable effects to suit a variety of aesthetic design requirements, the KL Fresnel 6 FC has also been designed respecting the silence requirements of professional stages and studios..

DMX controllable with full RDM compatibility, offers intuitive manual control for autonomous operation when desired for instant zoom control, the intensity, color temperature, the change of green and other important adjustments.

The display and dedicated dimming and control encoders are placed at the bottom of the unit for easy and unobstructed access. The KL Fresnel 6 FC is also available in a pole-driven model for easy turning maneuverability, tilt and zoom, avoiding having to access the luminaire by climbing a ladder.

The KL Fresnel 6 FC is portable but robust enough to withstand rough handling on sets. Can be mounted on a stand or suspended using any standard clamp or the included Junior pin adapter. It is fully autonomous, no need for an external power supply, and offers a locking power step to make it easier to connect multiple drives.
