Peerless-AV acquires ADF Visual Display as part of its dvLed strategy
Specialized in the creation of dvLed complexes, the purchase of ADF Visual Display Products strengthens the strategy of Peerless-AV to become a benchmark in this market.
Based in Southern California, the specialist in creating custom dvLed ADF Visual Display Products has become part of the multinational Peerless-AV, that drives its strategy to become a benchmark in dvLed infrastructures.
So he explains John Potts, CEO of Peerless-AV: "Our dvLed business exploded virtually overnight. We started partnering with ADF on projects where our capacity didn't allow us to do it at home.. After knowing the quality of their product we realized that they were the logical addition to the company to facilitate its dynamic growth".
In this sense, ADF has worked so far as a discrete OEM design and manufacturing for two of the best-known dvLed infrastructure companies in the industry, setting a standard of excellence in this category.
Some of the most prominent projects in which ADF's engineering and manufacturing expertise has been used include a huge videowall dvLed at a Las Vegas sportsbook, configured with a total of 1.680 dvLed panels as a plane to the wall with a concave curve of 90º, as well as a system designed with dvLed trapezoidal for the lobby.
ADF's latest design for Peerless-AV is a fully floating 183 system×5 metre, designed with 915 cabinets and a cylinder of 313,26 Degrees, installed on the wall of a university building in Morocco.
"Peerless-AV has long been the go-to provider as an infrastructure and accessories partner., managing complex and competitive environments. We look forward to expanding our in-house capabilities to be a more agile and holistic partner for all dvLed infrastructure needs.", Ensures Nick Belcore, Vp. executive of this multinational.
for Lou Mannick, AV industry innovator and founder of ADF, "the burgeoning dvLed market presents new and complex opportunities as next-generation cabinets evolve into a lighter, more flexible chassis".
In this process, Edward Warner, CEO of ADF, states that "where before we positioned the cabinets, now we must urgently focus on the new paradigm of positioning pixels. This fits with the fact that ADF becomes Peerless AV, as we turn the page and embark on the next chapter to cover the surfaces of buildings with bright dvLed pixels".
