Crestron and Jabra offer a smart video solution for small meeting rooms

As a last step in the partnership between both companies, certification has been announced Microsoft Teams for conferencing Crestron Flex with Jabra PanaCast 50.

Crestron Electronics has announced certification Microsoft Teams for your conferencing system Flex, solution that includes the video bar Jabra PanaCast 50.

It was recently incorporated into the Crestron Flex Digital Workplace platform to deliver an optimal intelligent video experience. This latest certification makes it the ideal solution for smaller spaces.

As part of the Crestron Flex portfolio, Jabra's solution adds to the company's scalable digital workplace platform that provides a consistent Microsoft Teams room solution for every space.

“Jabra PanaCast 50 offers audio and video functions based on artificial intelligence for small spaces, along with an incredible 180° field of view, that is able to capture each of the attendees who are around the table”, Says Alex Pears, Senior Director of UC and Crestron Corporate Development Partnerships. “With the added reliability of the Crestron Flex platform and the consistency of the Microsoft Teams experience, this suite of solutions will be an industry-wide disruptor in these key collaboration spaces.".

PanaCast 50 features an advanced architecture that powers a number of intelligent features, like smart zoom, that automatically adjusts the video stream to follow the flow of the meeting; and Virtual Director, that helps attendees follow and participate in the flow of conversation naturally.

In collaboration with Microsoft, Dynamic Composition is the latest addition, which will allow Teams users who join remote meetings to see up to four of the latest speakers face-to-face, matching the view of front-facing personal video conferencing cameras.
