ACEDE improves the efficiency of your hybrid meetings with Clevertouch and Poly

The boardroom of this association of Catalonia has a solution composed of an interactive monitor Clevertouch 75" Impact and a video conferencing bar Poly Studio for face-to-face presentations, virtual and hybrid.

the Associació catalana d'Executius, Directius i Empresaris (Catalan Association of Executives, managers and entrepreneurs – ACEDE) is a participation platform of Catalonia that brings together entrepreneurs from different sectors, political representatives of all parties, social partners, employers and trade unions, created to collaborate together and efficiently.

As its secretary general explains, Francesc Camarasa: "an association like ACEDE subsists thanks to its activity and the events it organizes. Because of the pandemic, as in so many other sectors, our activity was paralyzed. We had to adapt to the new reality and join the virtual world, but we did not have the right tools to maintain the quality of our meetings".

Advised by the audiovisual integrator SME Tech included a pen display from the manufacturer Clevertouch and a video conferencing bar of Poly; a solution from which Charmex has been the supplier of audiovisual technological equipment.

"For us it has been a marvel of a system that continues to surprise us day by day and that allows us to solve and improve the work in an efficient and pleasant way," says Camarasa.. Thanks to this technological implementation, the connection problems on the part of the users were finished.. The system works practically alone, automatic, very intuitive and without common mistakes".

Since its implementation, the association has adapted its methodologies to achieve the desired objectives. "Most of our meetings are now held in hybrid format, taking advantage of the fact that with this new technology those who come in person to our offices can participate in the same way as those who attend remotely", underlines the head of the ACEDE.

After installing the Clevertouch Impact 75" pen display, the association has been able to open the boardroom, with a capacity for fifteen people, to a greater number of participants, to hold meetings and presentations.

"The multifunctions of the solution allow us to hold a conference with an on-screen presentation for face-to-face attendees., that can also be seen by those who participate virtually and intervene in the meeting.. The monitor offers amazing image quality, plus very good sound, even in complex videoconferencing".

As this head of ACEDE points out, two training sessions have been held so far, one by Lluís Sala, CEO of Pyme Tech, and the second with a representative of Charmex, with tips to get more out of all the features of the monitor.

"We are still in the process of learning all the possibilities that the new screen allows us. It's fun and at the same time useful; thanks to the multitude of functions and applications it has, it adapts to users more or less accustomed to technology", Concludes.

In this sense, the association plans to hold virtual conferences soon in streaming and continue to improve in the realization and organization of meetings in hybrid format with the installed solution.
