Powersoft brings power and sound reliability to Bucharest's Hard Rock Café

To renew the audio infrastructure, the Quattrocanali and Ottocanali amplifiers have been installed. Powersoft and the speakers of Martin Audio.

the Hard Rock Café Bucharest's network needed an upgrade to its audio infrastructure and turned to Romanian integrator Paradigma Teknik for a powerful system, clarity and, above all, reliability. Amplifier platforms Quattrocanali and Ottocanali Powersoft fixed installation was the solution.

Paradigma's Sales Manager, Laura Angelescu, recommended a Martin Audio speaker system and turned to Powersoft's Romanian distributor, AudioVision Store, for installation amplification.

By understanding the needs of the end user from the installation, AudioVision specified the versions DSP+D Powersoft's Ottocanali and Quattrocanali amplifier platforms to form the backbone of the restaurant's multi-zone audio system.

Powersoft's Green Energy Product Solution, with innovative signal processing and backed by redundancy, met all requirements. The installation is managed by Harmony Pro Audio Suite from Powersoft, offering complete, easy-to-use web-based system control.

Each Hard Rock Café focuses on its rock stage and here Angelescu specified eight Martin Audio W8WDQ, compatible with four subwoofers WS218X, that Marius met with the power of two Ottocanali 12K4 DSP+D of 8 channels and a Powersoft amplifier X4 DSP+D.

Powersoft's versatile and powerful X4 amplification platform provides high-quality sound accuracy and high-density power to subwoofer units.

Like the DSP+D versions of the Ottocanali series, the X4 channels two redundant Dante transmissions and features a fully protected circuit design. The restaurant's seated dining areas are served by 23 three-amp channels Ottocanali 4K4 DSP+D, that drive 23 Martin Audio ultra-compact two-way speakers CDD8, while front padding is supplied by two high-performance CDD12 speakers powered by a single Quattrocanali amplification platform 4804 DSP+D.

Eight speaker systems MA W8WDQ are used for main tops, lateral filling and delays and biamplify with two Powersoft Ottocanali 12K4 DSP+D, while the LF uses four X4 DSP+D amplifiers powered by WS218X.

The Quattrocanali series is Powersoft's latest dedicated installation range featuring low heat dissipation, reducing the need for external cooling devices. It also employs patented SRM technology (Smart Rails Management) for maximum system efficiency. As with the Ottocanali series, Quattrocanali is designed to operate with Lo-Z and 70V/100V distributed lines or any combination of the two..

Simple operator control of the entire system was one of the main requirements of the installation. AudioVision specified Powersoft's Harmony Pro Audio Suite software, which offers complete and intuitive graphical control of your amplifiers via the web app, making installed amplifier platforms accessible and remotely operable.

Harmony provides password-protected levels of system control. At the 'power user' level, the system can be configured and commissioned with full access to all amplifier configurations. the audio engineer can customize the operator view to create a secure view to manage specific zones and volume control.
