TouchONE adds new features to its Assist lounge booking solution

The first step is to select the desired destination. Your starting position is determined by scanning a QR code (or by entering the specific numbering) that is closer to the user at that time. This action is followed by the automatic rendering of the path that leads through the given space to the final destination..
Both the rendered path and the written directions will be available for orientation. These can be viewed in their entirety or observed in the carousel on the map.
The given space (building, complex, Etc.) is divided into certain areas (almost always plants). On the map the so-called portals are used to move between them. They can be, For example, Stairs, Elevators, Etc. The moment you reach one of the portals, the map will automatically move to the next new area where the trip should continue.
If you get lost along the way, it is possible to specify your current real location at any time by scanning the nearest new QR code. From that moment on, the application will automatically guide from that point.
Create orders
It is also possible to create orders in the app. These can be entered both when making a reservation and during an ongoing event. (I mean, an active reservation at that time).
Typical orders for a specific resource are, For example, report a defect in the room and, therefore, request a repair, a car wash, Etc. In the case of an event, it can be an order for soft drinks, but also services (cleaning, facilities service, Etc.). All elements are defined in touchONE-admin.
