GreenIT24 incorporates tvONE CORIOview to simplify unified communications
alongside Exertis Pro AV, GreenIT24 has developed a video conferencing solution that has at its core the multi-window processor tvONE CORIOview.
GreenIT24 has developed a unified communications solution for companies using Microsoft Teams and zoom Rooms, with a multi-window processor tvONE CORIOview at its core.
The company based in Osnabrück, specialized in video conferencing for organizations looking to optimize internal communications, has collaborated with German AV provider Exertis Pro AV to create a system that facilitates remote video meetings across multiple sites between team members.
"Due to COVID, we have had a growing demand for this type of solutions for hybrid classrooms and workspaces with different types of content sources and multiple cameras", Explains Tobias Blaser, GreenIT24 Product Manager.
According to Blaser, the client requires two to four input sources with variable resolutions, 1080P or 4K, which should be displayed in different and flexible designs. "We needed a powerful multi-window processor to form the core of the system., that would allow simple and easy to control configuration and operation, and tvONE CORIOview met the requirements".
The GreenIT24 and Exertis Pro AV system uses the MWP-MTO version (Made to Order) of tvONE of CORIOview, allowing you to select mixes and input/output types to meet specific signal needs.
The configuration, hosted in the all-in-one unit Videocass by GreenIT24, consists of CORIOview together with a Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub (Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows), four 1080P cameras Lumens, a dual display configuration, a Bluetooth headset for wireless and flexible communications during the call, custom interfaces installed on the back of the enclosure to connect the cables, and shelf space and cable hooks for easy transportation and wiring.
The first implementation of the system has been carried out for a German company that specializes in the construction of packaging machines. There, placed four HD Lumens cameras around the machine to film each step individually.
"Multiple sources can be displayed at once or important details can be viewed in full screen. Change happens in a second and there is no need to make tedious changes within the conferencing application.", Blaser continues.
When more details are needed, can be switched to full screen. The team can view and discuss through a Microsoft Teams Rooms system using CORIOview, even using the multi-window processor displays multiple cameras simultaneously.
"How we were using dynamic mode, the configuration is simple and this mode adapts perfectly to our application. With sources connected, the necessary designs were set up quite quickly and easily labeled. In addition, the public documentation is very detailed and complete and helps to install and operate CORIOview. This also applies to implementation with external control systems, as tvONE provides a very good API for that".
