Led Dream creates an artistic visual canvas for the Diagonal office building 123

Cushman & Wakefield has had its technological partner Led Dream to design a large Led video canvas at the reception of this innovative office building, in the 22@ district Barcelona.

Designed by the French architect Dominique Perrault with a balanced and elegant play of volumes that transmits dynamism and movement, The exclusive building Diagonal 123, also known as Go123, It houses more than 10.000 m² of offices and commercial premises in one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona.

Recognized as one of the European benchmarks in innovation in the concept of digital and sustainable offices, Those responsible for the building have completed their remodeling to increase their levels of quality and environmental certification Breeam Excellent and Well Platinum.

The main challenge of this reform, Carried out by the Real Estate Services Consultancy Cushman & Wakefield, has been to create an innovative visual space for the reception of the building, able to offer a unique experience where visitors are immersed through impactful content, that in turn generate a sense of well-being and comfort.

For the realization of this digital project, Cushman & Wakefield has had the collaboration of its technological partner Led Dream, which has been commissioned, through the construction company Inelt (Civity Group), of design, supply and implementation of Led technology, as well as all necessary facilities and structures.

A combination of design, Art and audiovisual technology, whose digital content Led Dream has executed through Channel4you, Group company specialized in this area.

To create this immersive experience in visitors, Moving graphics have also been designed that provide a 3D appearance and digital art on the Led screen, conveying to the viewer that the elements move towards them. The content has been integrated with the space in a creative and natural way through the use of very similar textures, both in the constructive part and in the digital elements.

To provide a communication channel of interest to the building itself and more, different have been designed custom HTML templates and dynamics that provide real-time weather information, Directories, services, Events in the area and cultural agenda, as well as content and messages of value of the brand to reinforce the corporate identity.

In addition, Each floor of the building has twelve professional monitors of Samsung, with a size of 24", resolution Full HD and super narrow design to display high-quality images from any angle.
