Colombian House of Representatives achieves hybrid work environment with Arhur Holm

The aim was to create a hybrid environment, No need for paper, facilitating debate and voting and concealing furniture.

The Colombian systems integrator Nuance has been in charge of listening, Understand and provide a custom-developed solution that responds to user needs.

The use of audio and video technologies in parliamentary chambers and meeting rooms allows politicians to access a wide range of information sources and communication tools while performing their duties.. For this project, Arthur Holm integrated the technology of Audio conferencing of Televic in DynamicX2Talk and acquired a video control and distribution solution from Crestron through its touch screens. The project was managed by Colombian systems integrator Matizzo, who coordinated the work of all the manufacturers involved.

Technological solution

DynamicX2Talk offers long service life as well as unique functionalities. It's a reliable monitor, retractable, personally addressable and remotely diagnosable, that integrates an independent lifting system for "gooseneck microphones". This monitor provides an automatic tilt of 20 degrees using a single motor and placing the screen in an optimal working position. The system has a table face built in stainless steel. This prevents dirt or objects from falling into the mechanism.

The face of the DynamicX2Talk retractable monitor integrates a mechanism to raise and retract gooseneck microphones. The base of the mechanism is equipped with a patented Led ring that changes its color from green to red to indicate the status of the microphone.

A user-facing speaker was added to this project, touch screen, HDMI inputs and institution logo engraved on the desktop cover.
