Uniguest acquires IPTV and digital signage company MediaStar
In line with its procurement strategy, Uniguest expands its portfolio of professional AV solutions with MediaStar, English IPTV and digital signage software developer.
Founded in 1984, MediaStar Systems (formerly Cabletime Limited), is a solution provider for IP video and digital signage for the professional AV industry based in Newbury (United Kingdom), whose technology will now pass into the hands of the American Uniguest.

Uniguest is an investor's company Atlantic Street Capital (ASC) and the addition of MediaStar Systems to the Uniguest organization marks its third acquisition in 2022 after the Otrum AS and the digital signage division of CPI Global earlier this year (more data in Digital AV), in addition to those of Janus Displays, Sagely, UCView, Fly and Planet eStream in 2021.
