Moncada makes the technical equipment of the education rooms of the RFEF
Advanced video technology, Audio & Connectivity, supplied and installed by Moncada, Configure the rooms of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) dedicated to education and training.
The project carried out by Moncada in the education rooms of the RFEF covers supply, installation, Configuration and commissioning of audio technical equipment, Video and connectivity, that is supported by state-of-the-art systems of the wide catalog of brands that it represents.
As far as the sound system is concerned, Moncada has deployed microphone solutions, Wireless transmitters and receivers, Pouches and chargers Sennheiser, as well as ceiling speakers of Extron and manufacturer's sound processor Behringer.
The core of the system is the multichannel digital audio protocol dante, A low-latency, uncompressed sound standard by means of Ethernet over IP, allowing great flexibility to use the equipment, as well as making various sound routes and communication between the different rooms.
The management and sound treatment is done with the mixing table X32 in format rack of the Behringer brand, with 32 interface×32 channels and up to sixteen input and eight analog output channels. The X32 mixer has the main processing modules, such as gain controls, filters, Dynamic, Delay…
Through the expansion card, Card included DN32 brand Klark Teknik for connection with dante, which allows processing of these signals through routing in the matrix.
Among other equipment, Moncada has opted for Sennheiser technology, with the Wireless handheld microphone of the model 865 DW-3 EU, with supercardioid condenser capsule suitable for speech and presentation use, with bidirectional communication with the receiver for automatic management of the frequency band used.
To this is added a wireless headband microphone Headmic 1 SB, with condenser capsule and omnidirectional polar pattern, and the wireless table model MEG 14-40 B, with cardioid polar pattern condenser capsule.
how Audio receivers One four channels is used, model RCM-4 DW-3, and another two-channel RCM-2 DW-3, both from the Senneheiser SL DW series, with Dante connection and Control Cookpit software from this manufacturer to keep track of devices connected to the network.
In addition, Moncada has installed the amplification system and DSP with the ceiling speakers full-range FF 220T of Extron, with technology Flat field, connected to a DSP amplifier for a consistent sound pressure level and phase in the listening area, reducing the number of speakers needed and adapting the sound to each room.
In the case of the large education rooms of the RFEF, six speakers have been installed (Three stereo couples) in each, while the small room has four speakers (Two stereo couples).
In the video section, cameras have been installed PTZ AW-HN38 brand Panasonic, equipping the large rooms with 3 cameras (one in the front and two in the back) and two cameras (one front and one rear) in the small rooms.
The connection is made entirely by ethernet cable, Powering the cameras using Poe and distributing the signal through NDI, Making a clean and practical installation.
For control, Both video and audio signals, A central control consisting of a Tricaster TC1 for realization with NDI video signals from rooms or outdoors (How can be a video call); two Stream Deck brand Elgato as a control interface; Two Near Field Monitors KRK of 5 '' and a PC for the management of the X32 mixing consoles and the management of the equipment of the rooms via IP.
Visualization to collaborate
One of the fundamental elements for the formation of the RFEF are the visualization systems, for which three interactive screens have been installed SMART Board GX186, with a size 86", resolution 4K and built-in WiFi for use in video conferencing, which also has an output of the video matrix of Gefen to interact on the projection of the presenter's computer or the host of an online conference in a dynamic way.
In addition, three 100" 4K video monitors have been deployed, of the model FW-100BZ40J of Sony, with Smart TV functionality with Android system 10 and built-in WiFi, as well as four reinforcement screens, with a size of 55 "and 4K UHD resolution, Samsung BE55T-H.
The management of the screens is done with the HDMI video matrix of Gefen, model EXT-UHD600A-44, with four inputs and an equal number of UHD outputs and analog and digital audio, allowing you to display various video sources (PC, presenter, monitor, Etc) in the different display equipment distributed throughout the room and on the interactive screen, where you can annotate the different video sources.
An HDMI system is used for video capture Aja U-TAP, to send the different video signals from the matrix to a 'host' computer that is performing streaming, which facilitates and streamlines remote meetings and that remote attendees have the same sources of visual reinforcement as those in the room. These signals will be sent by NDI simultaneously to the realization system by encoders Kiloview E2-NDI.
The professional 100" video monitors have been mounted with the PFW wall mounts 6900 of the firm Vogel's, while the 55" monitors have been installed with the Ceiling brackets of TooQ.
Connectivity and configuration
Regarding the connectivity equipment of the RFEF education rooms, The core is switches with PoE connections for powering different devices, with the possibility to configure different VLANs within the same physical device to separate networks from different computers if required.
For room reservations, the 8" touch panels of Yealink, that allows you to do it from the screen itself or by synchronizing Microsoft Teams or Outlook 365.
Each room has a rack cabinet 24 Or in which all audio devices are integrated, Video and data in each of these spaces. For the good operation and configuration of the system, Moncada has also carried out the training of the RFEF staff.
