Elation Professional simplifies the Ellipsoidal lighting With the new all-in-one focus KL Profile FC. Designed for the ultimate in flexibility and performance, It combines everything a designer needs, removing additional accessories.

The unit projects high light quality and is intended for use in any application where a compact wash or ellipsoidal device with a high colour gamut and flexible zoom range is required. It is a good choice for the wide variety of white or color lighting needs required in the theater, transmission or any operating environment.

The KL Profile FC luminaire offers full-spectrum performance with a 92 CRI. It uses a homogenized Led matrix of 5 colors of 305 W of red fonts, green, blue, mint and amber.

The RGBMA engine, calibrated to a native color temperature of 6.500 Kelvin, emits saturated pastel shades and soft field, including tunable white light. Adjusted LEDs ensure accurate color reproduction, while offering a powerful output of 10.600 Lumens.

Color management

High colour quality and colour handling are paramount in the KL Profile FC, ensuring designs translate well in the camera. The unit can adjust the light away from pure white to green or magenta, through a green/magenta change setting and a virtual gel library.

2400K virtual color correction – 8500K plus CMY and RGB emulation gives designers access to a variety of Led colors including beautiful white blends.

Able to match the white balance for the camera, Color temperature can be changed without the use of plus/minus green filters and gels. In addition, the refresh rate of the Led is adjustable by DMX, so there is no flicker when used with high-speed cameras.

Improved optical design of luminaire and lens coatings ensure accurate and sharp projections, Removing all unwanted color changes and aberrations in all zoom positions, focus or framing. The attenuation of the Led motor is smooth and continuous with variable attenuation curve modes of 16 bits available to suit any application.

With a built-in manual zoom range of 7 to 50 Degrees, the KL Profile FC does not require additional lens tubes, reducing cost and complexity and providing optimal flexibility for any performance venue or show.

Device includes a slot for rotating gobos/indexers 16 bits for versatile images and ships with the KL Profile Designer gobo set, containing 10 High-resolution glass gobos.

The built-in gobo slot can be easily accessed from the top of the device. Unit includes a 7.5 gel frame″, a 7.5 front accessory mount″ and an optional Fresnel Wash lens conversion kit allows the accessory to be used as a wash frame.

The KL Profile FC has also been designed with the quiet requirements of the stage and professional studio in mind.. Exceptionally quiet, offers enhanced fan controls up to Elation's silent mode, that disables the internal cooling fan.

A host of other features come standard, such as multi-channel DMX control with RDM protocol support, DMX input/output 5 IP65-locked power input/output pins and connectors.

Operation is simple via a four-button touch control panel with an easy-to-read 180° reversible LCD menu display that makes navigating through settings uncomplicated.

The device can also be controlled manually for independent operation using the included encoders.
