CoStar Updates Irvine Office with SNA Display Displays
The infrastructure installed in the Californian office of Cost includes a total of 17 Screens SNA Display Indoor brilliant, more than 279 square meters of Led display, with a pixel pitch of 0,9 and 1,2 Mm.
CoStar Group, Company whose activity focuses on the online market of commercial and residential real estate, has installed several video display systems Led pixel pitch ultra thin in its office in Irvine (California). SNA Displays manufactured all digital displays based on its interior line Brilliant.
The integration of digital screens in the reception gives visitors their first taste of the new and innovative technology in CoStar Irvine. The centerpiece of the lobby is mainly artistic, with a sleek, modern design featuring 10 LED screens 1,2 mm vertically oriented of different heights and mounted in a staggered manner, each suspended between wooden columns. Settings display artistic and ambient content.
CoStar's office includes two large floors of auction houses arranged as control centers. SNA Displays has built two Led videowall three-sided 18 meters long for auction floors, where staff monitor and analyze online auctions.
Each of the screens measures 2 meters high by 18 long, rotating at angles of 90 degrees to provide an immersive experience to viewers. With a pitch pixel size of 1,2 Mm, Each auction room display system has a resolution of 2,160×12.960 pixels and processes a total of 23,5 millions of pixels. Each screen is capable of displaying content that spans the entire canvas of 3 sides or can be segmented into multiple streams of content and visuals.
Between the two auction areas there is another 4K Led videowall, An ultra high-definition display that employs a very tight pixel size of 0,9 mm and processes 8,3 millions of pixels.
The construction of the digital niches on either side of the central video wall has required precise installation, giving the room the appearance of a command and control center with screens wrapping around desktops and providing multi-input data streams to manage online auctions. Setup promotes a highly collaborative work environment and provides improved data visualization for multiple teams working with many data streams simultaneously.
the backend of the Led display systems in the office of CoStar Irvine includes SNA Displays equipment, processing Analog Way and reproduction technology of sedna.
"The requirement was to control two huge Led videowall of 2,160×12.960 independently, as well as a central UHD Led videowall ", explains Seth Teates, Analog Way Senior Regional Sales Manager. "Each display needed a full-resolution native background layer and up to eight 4K layers on screen at once.. The reliable, mission-critical processing of the Aquilon C+ processor was ideal for this scenario and installed by the SNA Displays engineering team.".
The display system uses Creator, ~sedna's content management system that offers a versatile platform to ensure flawless playback results. In addition, ~sedna provided three Media Engine 8K media servers, that provide high-quality, frame-accurate media reproductions.
"Analog Way's processors and sedna playback technology work in unison with SNA Displays' on-site diagnostics., providing a complete operational overview of all systems implemented", Pat Green clarifies, Vice President of Systems at SNA Displays. "These partners have proven through years of engineering and success stories that they are best suited for this control environment., which guarantees an uptime of the 100 % during the operation".
Combined, CoStar Irvine Led display systems process more than 58 millions of pixels.
