On the occasion of its tenth anniversary, The management has carried out a major renovation of the showrooms and, mainly from its lighting system, designed by Italian cinematographer Davide Manca.

The new lighting system is based on LED technology from the Italian manufacturer Prolights, with the choice by Davide Manca of the LinearLed ArcShine S18FC and ArcShine S9FC models, that have been installed on the walls of art booths.

The small Led Gallery profiles EclDisplay DATWhite and EclGalleryProfile equip high-definition zoom optics, while the uplights Smart BatPlusG2 battery portables have RGB and warm white Led source, and the powerful EclProfile CT+ provides six-color emitters.

“The new lighting was not designed only for aesthetic purposes,” says Massimiliano Lisa., director, creator and founder of Leonardo3-. The main objective was to offer the public an immersive experience, that allowed him to enter the mind of Leonardo da Vinci: The idea has been to illuminate the museum as if they were on the set of a movie and use light as a source of narration”.

The result has been more than satisfactory, since “offering adequate light to the works of Leonardo da Vinci was quite a challenge,” says Davide Manca.. I only managed to make my initial idea a reality thanks to the great support of my colleagues and the perseverance and energy of the Prolights team., who helped and supported me throughout the trip. “Nothing would have been possible without the creativity of director Marco Cassini.”.
