Providence acquires majority stake in&b Group

As part of the transaction, The management team of D&B will continue to work together with Providence Equity Partners to consolidate its global position in the market for professional audio and AVLM solutions.

Ardian has sold its majority stake in Cubes Holding (D&b Group) to Providence Equity Partners, Private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented media investments, communications, Education and Technology. The transaction is expected to close on 31 October 2023.

Since its acquisition in 2016, Ardian has supported the company and its team, Headed by the Executive Director Amnon Harman, on a dynamic path of strong organic growth and geographical expansion.
